Mission Statement
Holland aims to utilize its comprehensive land management experience to accommodate its clients’ specific needs. Holland will meet every deadline with cost efficiency while maintaining constant communication from project inception to project completion. Our code of ethics will always be the foundation for our loyal and trustworthy values.
There is no project too big or too small for Holland - we handle all. From our home office in Fort Worth, Texas, we strategically locate regional hub offices throughout the country whenever projects require us to do so.
Holland Acquisitions offers:
Communication - The key to any business relationship is to be informed and equipped with the same knowledge as the other party. We consistently update our clients on their projects, ensuring they are informed and never in the dark.
Experience - In our 30+ years of existence, we have serviced a long and distinguished list of clients that is second to none. As the interactive map on our home page illustrates, we have experienced professionals who have worked virtually everywhere in the U.S. Accordingly, we locate our land agents to work projects in areas in which they are most familiar.
Timeliness - We understand that time is money, especially in this business. It is our commitment to the client to work quickly, and stay on top of the project until it is completed.
Thoroughness - While we do work quickly, we never compromise value for speed. Our project managers pride themselves on our internal system of checks and balances, which guarantees our work to be properly inspected.
Customization - We treat each project as a separate case, understanding that different clients have different needs and objectives. Our workforce is trained to accept and process special requests from our clients. After all, we work for you.
